You do not have to create Conditions. This rule will apply to all the
listed users of Company.
Rule 2
Configure Rule 2 as follows:
Rule Type = Use This Profile
Profile = Basic
This Profile will be used for all unlisted users. Remember that this
Profile should allow them to fax without requiring any
authentication.
4 Under the Profile Lookup Table of the Consultants Site, add a rule
configured as follows:

This Profile will be used for all consultants. Remember that this
Profile should allow them to fax without requiring any
authentication.
5 For each user that needs to be listed, add an entry in the Internal
Users node of Company. Refer to Creating an Internal User Account
on page 13.
The Profile Lookup Table of Consultants can be configured exactly
like the Profile Lookup Table of Company. This allows consultants to
be easily added to the Internal Users of Consultants (in order to set
Personal Information, give Web access or select a different Profile for
the consultant user). Furthermore, the default configuration of a
new Site in OmniTouch Fax Server reflects that of Company.
Mixed usage of the OmniTouch Fax Server Internal Directory (for user
authentication and Site and Profile determination) and an external
LDAP Directory (for Personal Information determination)
This scenario shows you how to combine user information located in
two directories. For simplicity's sake, the OmniTouch Fax Server
Internal Directory will be used to:
• Determine a user's Site and Profile.
• Perform userID/password authentication on the Web interface.
As for the external LDAP Directory, it will be used to:
