Outbound history. You can search within any combination of the
following information: the Billing Codes, Broadcast ID,
Destination, the Error Code, the Original Transaction ID,
the Recipient Name, the Remote CSID, the Site Name, the
Subject, the Transaction ID and/or the User ID; the time
period and the fax status (Failed or Sent/Received).
OmniTouch Fax Server searches the entire database of fax records.
1 In the Web Administrator, select the System Monitor|Outbound
History.
The search toolbar appears at the top of the right-hand
panel, in the Web Administrator window.
2 If you wish to change the search fields, click Options located to the
right of the toolbar.
The Options dialog appears..
3 By default, all search fields are selected. Check the boxes beside any
fields that you want to exclude from the search.
The Billing Codes and Destination search fields, if

selected, will focus the search in all the billing code (sender,
recipient, sub-billing, system) or destination (original,
modified) information items, respectively.
4 By default, OmniTouch Fax Server returns a maximum of 100 records
that meet the search criteria. You can specify another number of
record returns in the Maximum Search Hit field.
