Adding a routing destination

processing the routing table. You would select this option when
successive rules route the same faxes to several destinations, for
example to a printer and several users.
7 Click OK.
Routing destinations must first be defined in the Notification
Destinations node of the Web Administrator. Refer to Notification
destinations on page 31.
1 In the Web Administrator, select Configuration|Incoming
Routing Table.
2 In the right panel of the Web Administrator, select the checkbox of
the routing rule you would like to modify.
3 Click Properties.
The Default Settings dialog appears.
4 In the Type field, select either User, Mail or Printer.
The search results area displays all current possibilities for the
selected Type.
The default placeholder, *$did$ transmits the incoming number. The
asterisk (*) represents any combination of long-distance code and
city code. $did$ represents the actual DNIS/DID number. Note that
the entire entry is enclosed in parenthesis.
CSID, ANI or DTMF routing can replace DNIS/DID. In those cases, the
number is represented by the placeholders: $ani$, $dtmf$ and
$csid$.
It is also possible to provide format specifications, using the question
mark (?). For example:
$did:???-????$
A semi-colon (:) serves as the delimiter between the placeholder tag
and the format specification. Question marks are replaced by
characters from the corresponding field, from right to left.
The search filter may contain any number of placeholders. For
example:
(|(facsimiletelephonenumber=$did$)(facsimiletelephonenumber=*$di
d:????$)(facsimiletelephonenumber=$ani:???-????$))
The backslash (\) can also be used as an escape character.
