used by users that will be receiving the notifications on an Exchange
server.
1 In the Web Administrator, select Configuration|Notification
Profiles, and then select Add.
The Notification Options tab appears.
2 Enter the name of the new notification profile, in the Profile
Name field.
3 In the Message Body Format box, select either Text or HTML.
This is the format in which the notification will appear to the
recipient. The default format is Text.
4 In the Attachment box, select the type of notification attachments,
either tiff or PDF. The default is tiff.
5 In the Outbound Attachment Name box, enter the appropriate
outbound name.
6 In the Inbound Attachment Name box, enter the appropriate
inbound name.
7 Select the Use DSN compliant SMTP mail notifications
(RFC 1894) box, to send notifications based on the RFC 1894
standard format.
If this box is not checked, notifications will be sent in plain text or
HTML.
8 Select the Exchange Integration box, to send notifications based
on the exchange integration format.
9 In the Language Options, Locale box, select the preferred
language. The locale will determine how dates and time are
formatted in the notifications
