5 Click OK.
1 In the Web Administrator, select Configuration|Cover Sheets.
2 In the right panel of the Web Administrator, select the checkbox of
the cover sheet you want to copy.
3 Click Save As.
4 In the appearing Save As dialog, browse to the directory where you
want to save the copy of the cover sheet and enter a name in the
File name field. Cover sheets must have the .cse extension.
5 Click Save.
1 In the Web Administrator, select Configuration|Cover Sheets.
2 In the right panel of the Web Administrator, right-click on the cover
sheet that you want to remove.
3 Click Remove.
4 In the appearing dialog, click Ok to confirm the deletion, or click
Cancel, if you changed your mind.
The cover sheet will disappear from the list.
Incoming routing delivers incoming faxes to destinations which could
be user Inbox, e-mail, Printer. Routing methods supported include
Automatic Number Identification (ANI), Call Station ID (CSID), Dialed
Number Identification Service (DNIS)/Direct Inward Dialing (DID),
Dual-Tone Multi-Frequency (DTMF) and Lightweight Directory Access
Protocol (LDAP).
Routing must be applied if users are to receive their inbound faxes.

Automatic Number Identification (ANI) is the
digital equivalent of Call Station ID. That is, the
fax can be routed to a given set of destinations by
associating that user with the ANI number of the
fax sender in the routing table.
ANI routing is a subscriber service offered by a
telephone company but requires no special fax
board.
