Although they can be referenced in profiles, OmniTouch Fax Server
cover sheets must be physically distributed to a hard drive before
they can be opened and modified in the cover sheet editor.
1 From the Configuration tab select Cover Sheets.
A list of available cover sheets appears.
2 Select one of the cover sheets and the click Save As.
3 Navigate to the folder where the cover sheet is to reside.
Enter a name, if you wish. The name already assigned to the cover
sheet is offered by default.
Cover sheet names must be unique. Enter a new name if the

cover sheet you are saving already resides in the location. The
default extension, .cse, cannot be changed.
4 Click Save.
In certain cases, a site administrator may want to create or modify
cover sheets. For more information on using the cover sheet editor,
refer to Managing Cover Sheets chapter of the OmniTouch Fax
Server User Guide.

2 Select one or more of the cover sheets to upload and then click Add.
3 Navigate to the cover sheet and then click Open.
