Configuring general settings

1 In the Web Administrator, select Configuration|General
Settings.
The General Settings Properties dialog appears.
2 Enter the e-mail address that will be used as the sender of the
sytstem alerts, in the From E-mail Address field.
3 Enter the e-mail address where the system alerts are to be sent, in
the To E-mail Address field.
4 The name of the mail server specified during installation is displayed
by default, in the Mail Server Name field. This entry should be
changed only if a different mail server is to be used.
5 The Outgoing and Incoming options allow you to specify the
maximum number of faxes allowed in the outgoing or incoming fax
queue. The default is unlimited for both queues. If a maximum is
specified, the faxes that exceed the maximum are held at the
gateway, to be forwarded when the queue is cleared.

sent or received, but rather the maximum number of faxes in
the queues at a given time. As the fax queues are cleared, the
number of faxes in the queue is lowered, and the maximum
can be approached again. An entry of 0 disables the queue.
6 Notification Timeout(min) specifies the number of minutes
after which the fax system will stop trying to deliver fax notifications
