2 Select one or more fax records.
3 Select Cancel.
4 IN the appearing dialog click Yes to confirm the cancellation, or
click No if you changed your mind.
The outgoing fax will disappear from the queue.
A fax broadcast occurs when an OmniTouch Fax Server user addresses
the same fax to two or more recipients. Each fax in the broadcast is
listed individually in the outgoing queue. You can cancel one or
several of these faxes as just described, or cancel the entire
broadcast of any faxes that were part of the broadcast.
1 In the Web Administrator, select System Monitor|Outgoing
Queue.
2 Select any individual fax record within the broadcast.
3 Click Cancel Broadcast.
4 In the appearing dialog click Yes to confirm the broadcast
cancellation, or click No if you changed your mind.
The outgoing broadcast faxes will disappear from the queue.
The program used to launch a tiff file may vary from one Operating
System to another or depending on file association.
1 In the Web Administrator, select System Monitor|Outgoing
Queue.
2 Select the checkbox of the fax that you want to view andthen select
View Fax.
The program associated to the .tif file is lanched.
3 You can use the menus or buttons in this window, to edit, print, zoom
in or out, or rotate the fax image.
4 Close the window when you're done, by clicking the
the upper-right corner of the window, or by selecting File|Exit.
The fields and options in the search toolbar allow you to enter
criteria to narrow the list of fax records being displayed in the
Outgoing Queue. You can search within any combination of the
following information: Broadcast ID, Destination, the
Original Transaction ID, the Site Name, the Transaction ID
and/or the User ID; the time period and the fax priority.
OmniTouch Fax Server searches the entire queue.
1 In the Web Administrator, select System Monitor|Outgoing
Queue.
