Banner and Notification Templates
OmniTouch Fax Server provides mail notification templates that
select and format the information displayed in the incoming and
outgoing fax notifications sent to users. The templates can also be
used for informational banners that appear at the top of the tiff or
PDF file attached to the notification. These templates reside in the
/opt/ofs/Config/AllGateways sub-folder of the root OmniTouch
Fax Server folder.
You can change the templates used to create new Notification
Profiles. To do this, edit the files located in
/opt/ofs/Config/NotificationTemplatesForNewSite on
every computer running the XMConfigManager service. The
XMConfigManager service needs to be restarted after these
changes.
