The same notification options apply to outgoing fax success and
failure and inbound fax success and failure.
3 In the Number of Pages to Include field of either Outbound
Success, Outbound Failure, Inbound Success or Inbound
Failure sections, specify the number of fax pages to be included
with the notification. The options are NONE, ALL, 1 through 10, 20,
50 and 100 pages. 1 is the default for outbound faxes, ALL is the
default for inbound faxes.
4 Use Print Banner on Pages to indicate whether and on what pages
the banner should be printed. The options are NONE, FIRST and ALL.
FIRST is the default.
5 In the Language Options area, select the Locale from the drop
list.
6 Click OK.
Banners and notification messages are determined by a series of .wtx
templates, which can be modified. For more details, refer to
Notification profiles on page 52 or Banner and Notification Template
Variables on page 120.
1 In the Web Administrator, select Configuration|Printers.
2 Select the checkbox of the printer that you would like to remove and
then click Remove.
3 In the appearing dialog, click Yes to confirm the deletion, or click
No, if you changed your mind.
The printer notification destination will disappear from the list.
4 Click OK.
Note: An administrator will be prevented from modifying or deleting a
printer notification destination already added to an inbound fax
routing rule or an outbound fax additional destination. The
notification destination must be removed from all of these
folders, before it can be discarded here.
Notification profiles are sets of general and event specific
notification options, that can be associated with user profiles and
mail destinations. Refer to the Banner and Notification Templates
chapter for further information.
The Exchange integration enables using MS Exchange specific
notification format. Profiles with this option selected should only be
