2 In the Incoming section, check the Enable entries auto deletion box,
and then enter a value in the Clean out entries older than (days)
field to delete incoming fax entries after a certain number of days.
3 In the Incoming section, check the Enable faxes auto deletion box,
and then enter a value in the Clean out faxes older than (days) field
to delete incoming faxes after a certain number of days.
4 Check the Backup faxes box to archive faxes before deletion.
5 In the Outgoing section, check the Enable entries auto deletion box,
and then enter a value in the Clean out entries older than (days)
field to delete outgoing fax entries after a certain number of days.
6 In the Outgoing section, check the Enable faxes auto deletion box,
and then enter a value in the Clean out faxes older than (days) field
to outgoing faxes after a certain number of days.
7 Click OK.
