Specify the ns as follows:
In the case that conv file, output the host name following the user name on the upper rig r
of the paper, output all pages.
(User name, Host name, e output are default)

In the case that convert PostScript file the host name following the date and time on the
lower left corner aper, output all pages (a ue is necessary because output the top page is
default when PostScript file is converted.)

NOTICE: If the paper size is not specifie tputs the header and footer at the position of
A4 size by default. I per size is specified by lp the output position of the header or
footer is not changed from the n of the paper size specified by txt2ps2. Specify the
paper size at t time when the header and footer option is used. Sometimes all page
