a. Select Network Conn from Control Panel.
b. Right-cli Wireless Network Connection and select Properties.

e. Do either following:
When wireless ad-hoc mode is set to the multifunction printer:
Select Computer to Computer (ad hoc) networks and close the
Advanced dialog
When wireless infrastructure mode is se multifunction printer:
Select Acce (Infrastructure) networks only and close the Advanced
dialog box.
Select tting that you send to the multifunction printer in the list in Preferred
o
Network group.
Click Move up move the setting to the top of the list.

For Vista:
a. Open Control Panel.
b. Select Network and Internet.
c.
Select Network and Sharing Center.
d. Sele Connect to a network.
e. S e setting you send to the multifunction from the network items list
Connect to a network.
f.
Select Con yway in the warning dialog box indication indicating you ar g an
unsecured area.
g. Click Close in the dialog box af irming the connection is a success.
