This parameter displays statistics conforming to AT&T TR54016. Although
these statistics are tailored towards T1 ESF lines, they can also be usedi to
monitor status on other types of T1 lines, and E1 lines, as well. The
statistics are collected in 96 sample intervals (15 min samples over the last
24 hour period) and are collected for each Ultra-WAN CSU/DSU interface.
