6 Replace the expansion card bracket and secure it with two screws. See
Figure 3-34.
To install an expansion card into the front cover with hard-drive bays, close
the expansion card latch and tighten the thumbscrew. See Figure 3-35.
7 Close the sled. See "Installing the Front and Back Sled Covers" on
page 165.
8 Replace the sled. See "Installing a Sled" on page 142.

Removing the Expansion Card Risers

1 Remove the sled from the enclosure. See "Removing a Sled" on page 141.
2 Open the sled. See "Removing the Front and Back Sled Covers" on

3 Remove the expansion card. See "Removing the MegaRAID SAS 9265-8i
Card" on page 178.
4 Remove the four screws securing the two expansion card risers. See
Figure 3-39.
5 Remove the expansion card risers from the front cover. See Figure 3-39.
