3.1.5 – Static contact and general equipment cleaning
Thoroughly clean the yarn and dirtiness residues for all static contact element like ceramics and other creel parts as
shown on the following examples figures.
Creel cleaning parts examples
For cleaning operations, do not use solvent, but exclusively a vacuum cleaner, a soft cloth dampened with
neutral detergent and a compressed air blow.
Exclusively for the sensor ceramics cleaning, use dedicated approved product or isopropyl alcohol (in order to
avoid damaging electronic parts) to remove possible yarn residues and to restore the initial friction condition.
Repair
For all the repairing activities follow strictly all recommendations and dedicated procedures.
Any repair activity on electronic devices of MATRIX CUBE (MCC) System (DIAPER FEEDER Devices,
MATRIX TOUCH DIAPER Terminal, SM-DIN Boards,
by specialized BTSR Service Staff.
Any repair attempt carried out by non-authorized personnel will invalidate the warranty terms.
