MATRIX CUBE (MCC) Error Messages

For the error messages displayed by the different devices (MATRIX TOUCH DIAPER, SM-DIN Board, DIAPER FEEDER),
please refer to the relevant manuals.

DIAGNOSTIC ERRORS DETECTED DURING THE SYSTEM OPERATION

During the normal operation, the MATRIX TOUCH DIAPER terminal display will show CONTROL in the Status panel.
In case of errors or failure, the CONTROL indication will be replaced by a specific error message or failure and the
position where the error occurred.
When all the connected DIAPERFEEDER devices are stationary, the CONTROL message is replaced by STOP.
The error and failure messages can be classified as follows:
Errors detected during the system operation
Communication Error with the SM-DIN
Board.
System can't run until the error is solved.
Communication Error with the ACTD
device.
System can't run until the error is solved.
Communication Error with the
DIAPERFEEDER device.
System can't run until the error is solved.
Communication Error with the MSC device.
Check connection with MSC device.
System can't run until the error is solved.

Solution 1: Check connection
with SM-DIN BOARD and the
correctness of initialization
settings.
If the ALARM persist check the
electrical connections, if the
ALARM persist replace the SM-
DIN Board
Solution 1: Verify connections
and initialization procedure
(IDENTIFY), for the ACTD boards.
If the ALARM persist check the
electrical connections, if the
ALARM persist replace the ACTD
COMM.
Solution 1: Repeat the
DIAPERFEEDER initialization
procedure (IDENTIFY).
If the ALARM persist check the
electrical connections, if the
ALARM persist replace the
DIAPERFEEDER
Solution 1: Verify connections
and initialization procedure
(IDENTIFY), for the MSC devices.
If the ALARM persist check the
electrical connections, if the
ALARM persist replace the MSC
