Start Delay
Starting from a steady/broken yarn condition, the sensor starts to indicate the yarn running (on right or left side), after a
yarn running time at least equal to the time set on this parameter.
The start delay must be set to a value higher than the time required to the operator for the position startup operations,
in order to avoid wrong readings. [allowable values:0.0...30.0 seconds].
