1.11 Configuration of SM-DIN/MULTILOOP Board
MATRIX TOUCH DIAPER panel is compatible with SM-DIN/MULTILOOP/ETH and SM-DIN/MULTILOOP/PFN boards when
the board is equipped with firmware version 5.9 or above. In case the firmware is older than 5.9 the communication error
"COM. ERR" will be displayed on the panel (see dedicated section "Error Messages"). In case a firmware upgrade is
required, please follow dedicated official procedure or contact BTSR authorized reseller or BTSR Headquarter. For more
details, please refer to section Functions and firmware version details at the end of the manual.
The control Board requires the programming of, at least, the SMART MATRIX parameter.
Preliminary configuration – SMART MATRIX parameter
This command have to be enabled during the first set-up or in case the SMDIN/MULTILOOP BOARD is replaced. Setting
YES will be enabled the parameters transfer from the external control panel to the SMDIN board. In case the MATRIX
CUBE systems are totally controlled by the PLC this parameter has to be set to NO. For more details about machine PLC
integration and the configuration of this parameter please refer to Machine Supplier, BTSR authorized reseller or BTSR
Headquarter.
