Factory Reset

When you need to reconfigure or change the control device, you can quickly clear the
saved information using the factory reset function.
Step 1 On the Device Configuration page, select the desired device from the device list.
Step 2 Click in the column of Action and then select Reset to open the factory reset window.

Keep User Data: When you reset the device, the following information will still be kept in

the system, including the communication settings, EDID files, project files, device name,
presets, events and triggers.
Reset All: Reset all the parameters to factory defaults.

