FPGA Status: As shown in
Mercury A2700 Accelerator Card. The definitions of these indicator LEDs are as
follows:

FPGA_SD_LED
When this status is shown in green on the GUI, it means that the FPGA
temperature or the board temperature exceeds 95 degrees or the power
consumption exceeds 180W. All the power of the FPGA will be cut off.

FPGA_Altert_n
When this status is shown in green on the GUI, it means that the fan is
abnormal, such as when the fan speed is different from expected
