5.2 Providing access to the components for maintenance services

Before starting any maintenance work it is necessary to remove both sides 9 and 10,
open hood 3.
To remove sides 9 and 10, proceed as follows:
- unscrew 1 bolt 7 and 2 bolts 8;
- remove sides 9, 10.
To open hood 3, proceed as follows:
- open lock 2 by pulling the handle of control cable 1;
- raise hood 3;
- lock it in the open position by means of rod 4 in bracket 5;
- make sure that hood 3 is securely locked in the raised position.
To close the hood, proceed as follows:
- slightly raise hood 3, to loosen rod 4 out of bracket 5;
- lock in link 4 in its proper location;
- lower hood 3 into down position until you hear specific click (lock 2 response).
Fasten sides 9, 10 by means of bolts 7, 8.
In order to get better access to the master cylinders tanks of hydraulic drives of clutch and
breaks control systems, installed on the tractor cab, it is necessary to open hatch 66.
