2.25 Connector elements of the electrical equipment

2.25.1 Socket to connect electrical equipment of coupled agricultural equip-
ment
A standard seven-pin socket with an additional receiver to connect a portable lamp
(Figure 2.25.1) is intended to connect current consumers of a trailer or a trailed agricultural
implement. It is mounted on the rear cab support. A male plug of wire harness from a trailer
or a coupled agricultural implement is connected to the socket.

other electrical elements with useful current up to 8A or 12A depending on the socket type.

2.25.2 Connection of additional electrical equipment of coupled machines
To control the working process of coupled machines, it is possible to install control
equipment (control consoles), which belongs to the coupled machine.
Coupled machines are equipped with various electrical and electronic units, the activ-
ity of which can influence the readings of tractor instruments. Thus, the used electrical in-
struments shall have a certificate of electromagnetic compatibility according to international
requirements.
Tractor "BELARUS-922.6", apart from the socket for the trailed agricultural equip-
ment connection, has additional electrical sockets. The installation of these sockets is
shown in Figure 2.9.2.
Power to sockets 3 and 6 (Figure 2.9.2) is supplied subsequent to the accumulator
battery engagement ("weight").
The maximum current loads on the socket are as follows:
- socket for coupled machines connection - 25 A;
- socket for extra equipment - 10 A;
Socket fuses 3 and 6 are presented in Subsection 2.21 "Electrical fuses."
The socket counterparts (power plugs) are included into the tractor spare parts.
WARNING: WHEN CONNECTING CONSUMERS IT IS REQUIRED TO STRICTLY
OBSERVE THE POLARITY, INDICATED ON THE ELECTRIC PLUGS!
ATTENTION: WHEN CONNECTING THE ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT OF IMPLE-
MENTS COUPLED TO THE TRACTOR SOCKET UNIT, CONTACT YOUR DEALER AS
WRONG CONNECTION OF ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT OF IMPLEMENTS MAY RESULT
IN BREAKAGE OF TRACTOR ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT!
