MIN. IDLE SPEED OF THE ENGINE!
In case of failures in the HLL that lead to oil leakage out of the hydraulic lift linkage,
the pump shall be turned off when moving the tractor to repair facilities.
2.20 Hydraulic lift linkage distribution valve sections (remote cylinders) control
Control elements of remote hydraulic cylinders with distribution valve RP70-822.1 or
RP70-822 are shown in Figure 2.20.1.
1, 2, 3, - hydraulic lift linkage distribution valve (remote cylinders) outlet control han-
dles; 4 - instruction plate containing distribution valve RP70-822.1 or RP70-822 control dia-
gram.
Figure 2.20.1 - Control of remote hydraulic cylinders with distribution valve RP70-
Handle 1 (Figure 2.20.1) controls the left side HLL distribution valve outlets. Handle 2
controls the right side HLL distribution valve outlets. Handle 3 controls the rear HLL distribu-
tion valve outlets.
Each of the three RP70-822.1 or RP70-822 distribution valve handles has four posi-
tions:
- "Lift":
1) With the RP70-822.1 distribution valve – a foremost position. Handles 1 and
3 have a non-fixed position. Handle 2 has a fixed position. Handle 2 of the right side
valve spool control is fixed without automatic return to the "Neutral" position. To
avoid overheating of the hydraulic system and early breakdown of the pump and oth-
er units of the hydraulic lift linkage, do not forget to set the valve spool control handle
into "Neutral" position after fulfillment of the operation. In "Lift" position handles 1 and
3 shall be kept in hand, because after releasing the handle it returns to "Neutral" posi-
tion.
2) With the RP70-822 distribution valve all handles – a foremost non-fixed po-
sition for all handles 1, 2 and 3. In "Lift" position handles 1 2 and 3 shall be kept in
hand, because after releasing the handle it returns to "Neutral" position;
- "Neutral" – front-middle fixed position;
- "Forced lowering" – middle rear non-fixed position between "Float" and "Neutral"
positions. In "Forced lowering" position with the engine running the handle shall be kept
in hand, because after releasing the handle it returns to "Neutral" position;
- "Float" – rearmost fixed position;
Distribution valve RP70-822.1 or RP70-822 outputs positioning and connection to the
external consumers on tractors "BELARUS-922.6" diagram is presented on Figure 2.20.2.
