7.3
Removal from the laser system
1. Switch off the laser beam.
2. Ensure that moving parts, e.g. robot arms, etc. are at a standstill and that they cannot be set in motion
unintentionally.
3. Check that the device is in the park position (see chapter 9.3.3 „Disconnect device from the LDS and
switch off" on page 31).
4. Switch off the power supply.
5. Turn off the compressed air supply.
Push down the release ring of the compressed air connection with two fingers of one hand and pull out
the hose with the other hand.
6. Disconnect all connections.
7. Unscrew the fastening screws.
8. Remove the device from the laser system.
