Packaging Process

Each injection tray packs 8 modules. Stack
10 injection trays with modules together,
and put 1 empty injection tray on the top.
Put injection trays protected by EPE into
vacuum bag, vacuumize
vacuum-packed injection trays into the
pizza box. 1 pizza box can pack 80
modules.
SG560D_Series_Hardware_Design
Packing 11 injection trays together. Place 1
humidity indicator card and 1 desiccant bag on
the top of injection tray, then put 2 EPE on the
top and bottom of injection tray.
Put 2 packaged pizza boxes into 1 carton box
it. Put the and then seal it. 1 carton box can pack 160
modules.
