Chapter 8 Optional Equipment

Setting the Corrugators

As the state of paper transport and alignment will
differ depending on the size or type of paper being
used, adjust the corrugators so that the output and
paper of printouts will be aligned.
^
^
Normally, it will not be necessary to adjust the
corrugators for printing. Adjust the corrugators
for better feeding and printout alignment.
Paper alignment may not improve according to
the paper size, paper type, environment and
storage. For more information, contact your
dealer or authorized service representative.

Removing Printouts

Remove printouts from the high capacity stacker.
There are two ways of removing the printouts.
^
^
The printouts are to be removed when the
stacking tray is at a full stop. A message
indicating the status of the stacking tray
is displayed on the operation panel.
Follow the message.
When removing printouts with the carriage
Remove printouts using the dedicated carriage
for the high capacity stacker.
When removing only the printouts
Printouts can be removed without pulling out
the dedicated carriage. You can remove
printouts without waiting for the stacking tray to
lower to the bottom.
