Setting a New Screen Master Roll

Set a Screen Master Roll in the machine.
If the <REPLACE MASTER> Indicator on the Control Panel is lit, also perform the fol-
lowing procedure to replace the screen master.
<REPLACE MASTER> Indicator
• For the Screen Master Roll, it is recommended to use the products
specified by Riso.
• Keep the power ON while replacing the Screen Master Roll.

Turn on the machine.

Hold the Screen Making Unit Cover Handle and
open the cover.

Hold the Screen Making Unit Open Lever tightly
and open the Screen Making Unit
ON

Open the Screen Master Roll Holder.
To replace the Screen Master Roll, remove the
depleted Screen Master core.

Dispose the depleted Screen Master core
according to the disposal rule of your local
community.
