Chapter 3 Printing
<Setting Example>
The following describes how to configure the
settings when printing by dividing copies by the
number of employees per division.

Divide groups into division units and specify the
numbers in [Copies] and [Sets] respectively for
each group. Enter the number of employees in
[Copies]. To print one set of copies specified, enter
1 in [Sets].

In addition, when multiple groups have the same
necessary number of copies, you can group them
together as one group by increasing the number of
sets. In this case, both the general affairs and
management divisions have the same number of
copies, so that you can configure the settings as
follows to print by dividing copies by corporate
division.

Slip Sheet (Program)
Insert a slip sheet to separate printouts into
specified units.

When using the optional high capacity feeder,
[High Capacity Feeder] is displayed in place of
[Standard Tray].
[Additional Tray] is displayed when using the
optional additional tray.
Number on Slip Sheet
Sets
When this check box is selected, numbers are

stamped on the slip sheets.
If [Between Sets] is selected, the group number
1
and set number are stamped.

If [Between Groups] is selected, the group number
is stamped.
Offset Output (Program)
If you are using the optional face down finisher,
high capacity stacker, or multifunction finisher, you
can configure this item. For more information, see

Slow Printing
You can slow down the printing speed. This also
reduces the amount of noise produced by the
machine when printing jobs.
