Select [USB] - [Save] on the

[Home1] screen.
Select a folder to save the data to.

Touch [Save Document].

Specify the detailed settings for saving the
document.
For more information on the functions that can be
configured, see "List of Settings in [USB] - [Save]"
(p.149).
Press the [Start] key.

Printing a Document
Saved on a USB Flash
Drive
You can print documents that are saved on a USB
flash drive.
For information on how to save documents on a
USB flash drive, see "Output and Destination"
(p.111) in "Printing".

Files which can be printed are those in the
PRN format only.
PRN files are output by the printer driver in a
format that was developed exclusively for
RISO KAGAKU CORPORATION. PRN files
cannot be opened using printers or
applications by other manufacturers.
If you are using the optional PS kit, you can
also use PDF files. For more information, see
"Printable Files in the USB Flash Drive"
(p.234) in "Optional Equipment".
Insert a USB flash drive into the

USB slot.
Select [USB] - [Load] on the

[Home1] screen.
Select the folder you wish to use

and touch [Open].
Select the document you wish to

print.

If you want to change the print settings,
touch [Change Setting] in the sub menu
for files in the PRN format, or touch [Print
Setting] for PDF files. For more
