Search
Search for documents within the folder.
Touch [Search].

The [Search] screen is displayed.
Enter the string of letters to search

for and touch [OK].

For more information on text input, see
"Entering Text" (p.43).

When a folder is selected in the list of
folders/documents, the search will be
performed within the selected folder.
•
When a folder is not selected in the list of
folders/documents, the search will be
performed for all folders that the user who is
logged in has access to.
•
The following documents will not be subject to
the search:
-
Documents with the [Hide Job Name] check
box selected on the printer driver (p.125
"PIN Code")

Select All
Touch this to select all documents that are saved in
the selected folder. Touch this again to cancel the
selection.

Change Setting
When you select a document and touch [Change
Setting] in the sub menu, the settings for printing
the document can be changed.
For more information on the settings buttons, see
"List of Settings in [Storage] - [Load]" (p.139).

Touch this button to display the folder/document
list screen.

Check Setting
Use this option to check the current settings of the
change setting screen.
The following setting can be configured from the
sub menu:

Copying to a USB Flash Drive
or Another Folder
Documents saved in a folder can be copied to a
USB flash drive or another folder.
Select a document and perform the operation
through the sub-menu.

Documents saved in a folder can be copied to a
USB flash drive.
Insert a USB flash drive into the

USB slot.
Display the sub-menu and touch

[Copy to USB Drive].
Select the folder you wish to save

the document in and touch [OK].
