Make sure the slide labels are correctly affixed and positioned
wholly on the slide.
Do not stack more than two labels on a slide.
Slides must be free of:
excess moisture and debris, for example dust, wax and

glass chips.
sticky residue from removed/re-affixed labels.

Bake slides at 60 °C (140 °F) for 60 minutes to improve
tissue adhesion.
