Lay the chassis down on its right side.
4.
Loose the screws securing the rubber foot to the chassis and then remove the rubber foot from chassis.
5.
Repeat above steps until all four feet are removed.
Installing the Chassis Feet
1.
Observe the safety and ESD precautions at the beginning of this book.
2.
Power down the server and unplug all peripheral devices and the AC power cable.
3.
Lay the chassis down on its right side.
4.
Insert rubber foot into chassis hole (see letter A).
5.
Secure foot by inserting screw through the rubber foot (see letter B).
6.
Repeat above steps until all four feet are installed.
7.
Put chassis in the upright position.
8.
Reconnect all peripheral devices and the AC power cable to the server. Power up the server.
