Note 1: The IP Phone 2004 can support a primary (S1) and secondary
(S2) connect server. If you require IP Phones to register on multiple
nodes, refer to "Enhanced Redundancy for IP Line Nodes" in IP Line:
Description, Installation, and Operation (553-3001-365).
Note 2: If the XAS IP is 00.00.00.00 then pressing the Blue feature key
sends the normal UNIStim message to the TPS. If the XAS IP is any other
value then pressing the Blue feature key sends the Resume Connection
message to the entered XAS IP.
After the Partial or Full DHCP steps are completed, the VLAN option
appears on the display.

Select 1-Ma or 2-Au to enable 802.1Q from the DHCP Enabled - VLAN
Options menu.

Enter 1 (for Yes)
Enter the XAS IP address.
Description
802.1Q remains off and initialization continues.
0-No is the default value.
If this is selected, proceed to step 14 to
continue the IP Phone 2004 configuration.
Enter a VOICE VLAN ID manually.
If this is selected, proceed to step 9 to continue
the 802.1Q configuration.
Automatically enter a VOICE VLAN ID using
DHCP. DHCP auto discovers the VOICE VLAN
ID.
If this is selected, proceed to step 11 to
continue the 802.1Q IP Phone configuration.
