About the IP Phone 2001 The IP Phone 2001 brings voice and data to the desktop by connecting directly to a Local Area Network (LAN) through an Ethernet connection. Terms you should know Attendant A telephone operator in your organization. Calling Party Name Display Information appearing on the LCD display screen such as the caller’s name and telephone number.
