Drawbar w/ Hydraulic Jack
Installation
1. Attach bottom of the Jack Tube to the Jack Base with
Jack Pivot Tube. Place 1-34 Thrust Washers on each
end of the Jack Pivot Tube and secure with 5/16 x
2-1/2 Slotted Pin. See Figure 2-12.
2. Attach top of the Jack Tube to the Drawbar with Jack
Pivot Tube. Place 1-34 Thrust Washers on each end
of the Jack Pivot Tube and secure with 5/16 x 2-1/2
Slotted Pin.
3. Put the Base End of the 3 x 8 Hydraulic Cylinder
between the Drawbar, Center Bracket and insert 1 x
6 Pin. Place 1" Flat Washer on each side of Drawbar
Center Bracket and secure with 5/16 x 2 Slotted Pin.
4. Attach the Rod End of the 3 x 8 Hydraulic Cylinder to
the Jack Tube with 1 x 5-1/2 Pin. Place 1" Flat Washer
on each side of Jack Tube and secure with 5/16 x 2
Slotted Pin.
5. Install the 1-1/4-7 x 8 Bolt, 1-1/4 Flat Washer, 1-1/4
Lock Washer and 1-1/4-7 Hex Nut into the rear hole
of the Drawbar, Center Bracket.
6. Install Double Pilot Check Valve Fittings. See
Figure 2-11.
7. Assembly the Double Pilot Check Valve to the Valve
Bracket with 3/8-16 x 2-1/4 Bolt, 3/8 Flat Washer and
3/8-16 Flange Locknut.
8. Attach the Valve Bracket and Hose Support to the
Drawbar, Center Bracket with 1/2-13 x 6 Bolt and
1/2-13 Flange Locknuts.
9. Install the Tooth Clamps to the Hose Support using
1/2-13 Locknuts. Place the 1/2 x 4-1/2 Clevis Pin into
the Hose Support and secure with 1/8 Hairpin Cotter.
10. Install fittings and hoses for Drawbar Hydraulic
Cylinder.
11. Insert 3/8-16 x 5 Bolt into Hose Holder Bracket and
secure with hex nut. Place Hose Holder Clamp over
the bolt and secure with Hose Holder Wing Nut.
