Using Plate Loader Injection Mode

Select
Sample Injection Mode > Plate Loader
Injection mode selection.

The restart warning prompt appears on screen. Select
NOTE
The restart warning only appears when switching to and from the Plate Loader sample injection
mode.

Turn the Cytometer's main power switch off.
NOTE
If you have a CytoFLEX LX instrument, you can turn the Cytometer's power off by selecting
Cytometer
IMPORTANT
instrument, refer to
from the single tube sample probe to the Plate Loader.

Remove the single tube sample probe and replace it with the plate loader PEEK tubing. Refer to
