*2: Outputted according to the measurement target as follows:
Voltage (Voltage), thermocouple (Tc), resistance temperature detector (Rtd), humidity
(Humidity), resistance (Resistance), strain (Strain), count (Count), revolving speed
(Revolve), logic (Logic), alarm (Alarm), alarm source (Alarm Source), and waveform
calculation (Calculation).
