Quasi-absolute Encoder Setup

To setup the controller for use with a positioner that has Quasi-absolute Encoder, select
"Quasi-absolute Encoder" under Setup menu. The application will open a dialog box as
shown in picture below. Make desired changes for the motor and click on OK button.
