This command is used to set the closed-loop control update interval for an axis. This will be

the time duration between position error corrections during closed-loop positioning.
For maximum user application flexibility, each axis is allowed to have a different and
independent time interval setting from one another.
Position error corrections occur only during position regulation (holding position) as opposed to
