When other than "3 inertia mode" is selected, vibration suppression control 2 cannot be used.
Before changing the control mode in "3 inertia mode" or "low response mode", stop the motor.
Before changing the control mode in "path tracking mode", stop the motor.

When this servo parameter is set to "0" (disabled), [Pr. PB06 Load to motor inertia ratio/load to motor mass ratio] may be
estimated at a value smaller than the accurate estimation depending on the operation pattern. Therefore, this servo parameter
is recommended to be set to "1" (enabled).
Setting this servo parameter to "1" (enabled) with the equipment on which the gain is adjusted may change the actual
movement. Check the movement of the equipment after changing the settings.
