Using Web Interface to Manage the Access Point

System

The various System features supported by AP are described in the following sections:
• System Information
• System Inventory Management
System Information
To configure System specific Information,
1. Navigate to Management > System > Information. The System Information page appears.

2. In the System Information page, provide the following details.
• System Up-Time: It is a read-only parameter. It represents the time the Access Point has been operational since
its last reboot.
• System Description: It is a read-only parameter which provides description of the system, that is, Access Point's
name, serial number, current image software version, and current bootloader software version.
• System Name: This parameter provides the system name that is assigned. By default this displays the complete
domain name.
• Email: Enter the email address of the person responsible for the AP.
• Phone Number: Enter the contact number of the person responsible for the AP.
• Location: Enter the location of the AP.
• GPS Longitude: Enter GPS Longitude at which the AP is installed in the format required by your Network
Management System.
• GPS Latitude: Enter GPS Latitude at which the AP is installed in the format required by your Network
Management System.
• GPS Altitude: Enter GPS Altitude at which the AP is installed in the format required by your Network
Management System.
• Country Code: Select the country in which the AP will be used.
