Place the clamp on the tool flange bearing adapter.
The bellows should be evenly positioned between the tool flange bearing adapter and the
clamp.

Apply thread lock to the clamp fasteners, insert, and tighten using an T8 torx bit while ensuring
that the bellows are completely seated and positioned between the clamp and the tool flange
bearing adapter. Tighten to a torque of 2.4 N-m.

Reduce joint motion limits with software settings in the robot configuration area when bellows
are installed to restrict range of motion. Refer to the Sysmac Studio Robot Integrated System
Building Function with Robot Integrated CPU Unit Operating Manual (Cat. No. W595) for more
information.
After the joint limits are reduced, the bellows installation procedure is complete.
