EVERSE
The Reverse Transfer (Call Pick Up) feature allows you to answer a call that is ring-
ing or holding at another endpoint. For example, if the attendant transfers a call to you
but you have stepped away from your endpoint, you can pick up the call using another
endpoint.
To answer a call ringing or holding at another endpoint:
Lift the handset and dial

Dial the extension where the call is ringing or holding. The call is transferred to

the endpoint you are using and you are connected to the caller.
NOTE:
If the Group Call Pickup feature is enabled, you can pick up a call ringing at
any station in a hunt group by dialing the hunt group's extension number.

ORWARDING
With the Forwarding feature, you can have calls follow you (e.g., forwarded to a cell
phone), or you can redirect calls to a voice mail or other extension. For greater flexi-
bility with status changes and call forwarding, use the composite status (see
and call routing features (see
DND and device forwarding.
NOTE:
The Fwd button is also used to insert a space when you are using the dialpad
to input letters or numbers.

Manual Call Forwarding

With the Forwarding feature, you can have calls follow you (e.g., forwarded to a cell
phone), or you can redirect calls to a voice mail or other extension.
To forward all calls to an extension:
Press

Dial the extension number to which you want to forward your calls.
