The Companion XL primes pump B, then pump A.
5. When finished, PeakTrak notifies you that the "AutoPrime"
process has completed successfully." Click the "Ok" button

8.3 Loading a RediSep Column

To load a RediSep column:
1. Select a RediSep column. Generally, the column is selected
based on the size of the sample. Refer to Table 8-1 for
recommended column sizes.
2. After selecting a column, note its flow direction. The flow
direction on RediSep columns is the same direction the
label is read. When installed, the inlet will be mounted
upward.
3. Select the correct column fittings. There are two sets of
fittings. Columns ranging from 120g to 330g use the
smaller Luer fittings (see Figure 8-2). Larger columns use
the larger diameter fittings.
4. Raise the top column mount and insert the RediSep column
into the upper fitting for the selected column size.
5. Slowly release the upper column mount while aligning the
lower column fitting. Give the column a slight twist to seat
the column in its upper and lower fittings.
