7. Enter the default Subnet Mask "255.255.255.0."

Local Area Connection properties window.
5.2.2 Configure the Computer's Internet Browser Options
1. Start Internet Explorer.
2. From the File menu, select "Work Offline."
3. From the Internet Explorer window, select the
"Tools>Internet Options..." menu command.
4. Select the Security tab on the Internet Options window.
