5. Position the jacket so that it touches the bottom of the cylinder
cap.
Caution
Be careful not to damage the O-rings in the jacket when pushing
them over the threads of the cylinder. Apply a small amount of
soapy water or light oil to the O-rings before installing the jacket to
ease installation.
