Description
Set the detail of the touch probe function.
Bit Description
0 0: Touch probe 3 disabled
1: Touch probe 3 enabled
1 0: Single trigger mode
1: Continuous trigger mode
2 0: Triggered by inputting touch probe 3
1: Triggered at the zero point of the encoder
3 (reserved) The value at reading is undefined. Set "0" when writing.
4 0: Stop sampling the rising edge of touch probe 3
1: Start sampling the rising edge of touch probe 3
If input of touch probe 3 is set as a trigger (bit 2 = 0), the position feedback latched at the rising edge of touch probe 3 is stored in [Touch
probe 3 positive edge (Obj. 2DEAh)], and the time stamp in [Touch probe time stamp 3 positive value (Obj. 2DF8h)].
If the zero point of the encoder is set as a trigger (bit 2 = 1), the position feedback at passing the zero point of the encoder
[Touch probe 3 positive edge (Obj. 2DEAh)].

If the zero point of the encoder is set as a trigger (bit 2 = 1), the position feedback at passing the zero point of the encoder
[Touch probe 3 negative edge (Obj. 2DEBh)].
