Take-up Roller Replacement

About

This procedure provides instruction to remove and replace the Take-up rollers for both the
legacy and common frame weldment machines.
Note: Common & Legacy Frame information, see
Frame
Overview.
Common Frame Take-up roller
There are two different frame weldment implementations of the treadmill. There is the ori-
ginal release legacy frame weldment and the redesigned TRM600/700/800 common frame
introduced in 2019. Each frame uses a different take-up roller part; however, the common
frame take-up roller part is backward compatible and can be used on both the legacy and
common frame weldments.
Legacy Frame Weldment: The legacy frame take-up roller is specific to the legacy frame
(cannot be used on the common frame). The legacy frame uses a cassette style take-up
roller mounting and belt tension adjustment mechanism.
Common Frame Weldment: The common frame uses a redesigned take-up roller that is
also backward compatible with the original legacy frame. The mounting system and belt ten-
sion adjustment mechanism has changed and is similar to the previous generation
