  • Page 5: Begin Assembly

    Begin Assembly Position the right side upright support near the base frame and route the data cable inside of the base side cover and up through the right upright. WARNING IMPORTANT DO NOT attempt to connect electrical power until all assembly DO NOT pinch or crush the cable during assembly.
  • Page 6 To complete the dash assembly: Dash attachment Remove the two screws from the back of the dash cover. Remove the dash IMPORTANT cover and set it aside with the screws. Two people are required to assemble the dash. Route the data cable through the right tube of the dash assembly, up the back To attach the dash: frame, and out through the top hole.
  • Page 7 Fit the tread arm into the heart rate bar and against the dash assembly. Attach To attach the heart rate bar: it using two screws and two washers . Use a hex key to partially tighten the screws. Position the heart rate bar assembly against the dash frame and attach it using two screws and two washers .

  • Page 9 Install the accessory jack Fit the lower ends of any optional console cables into the notch in the upper edge of the panel. Replace the panel and fully tighten the corresponding screws. IMPORTANT The touchscreen console includes an accessory jack panel that you must install on WARNING the treadmill.

    Console installation Level the treadmill To attach a console, refer to the installation instructions shipped with your console. IMPORTANT Once you have attached all the cables, follow the steps below to complete Adjust only one rear foot at a time. DO NOT extend the adjustable feet more than assembly of your treadmill.
  • Page 13 Notes Failure to align the belt may cause the belt to tear or fray, which is not covered by the Precor Limited Warranty. • The tracking adjustments should only be done in quarter turn increments. Press STOP to stop the belt.

    IMPORTANT The default setting for this feature is ON. An administrator can turn off this feature in the System Settings; however, Precor recommends it remain ON. Auto Stop™ (Automatic Stop) is a feature designed to bring the treadmill to a gradual stop after two minutes, when it is not in use.
